Cibus 2021 fills up with visitors and launches these gastronomic curiosities
Among the curiosities of the Parma food fair there are the new Beatrice and Caronte beers dedicated to the 700th anniversary of the death of Dante Alighieri. They like zero-fat cheeses and cheeses that keep cholesterol at bay. But there is also the pecorino from the historic Amatrice dairy, which survived the tragic earthquake. It continues with cucumbers with honey, pumpkin in oil, arancini with passion fruit, the very soft bread without crust for small children. From Spain comes milk, coffee, cappuccino and mulled wine that heat up in three minutes, shaking the can that contains them.
