Singer CHUU, a former member of the group Loona, expressed her gratitude towards the members. Chu, who is making her solo debut, said she got the impetus for her activities thanks to Loona.
On the 18th, Chuu held a media showcase commemorating the release of his first mini album ‘Howl’ at Yes 24 Live Hall in Gwangjang-dong, Gwangjin-gu, Seoul.
‘Howl’ is an album that captures the process of two people with wounds healing each other by becoming little heroes for each other in their own small world. The album contains a total of 5 songs, including the title song of the same name, ‘Howl’, ‘Underwater’, ‘My Palace’, ‘Aliens’, and ‘Hitchhiker’.
Chuu also sang the song to her fellow members of Loona. He said, “I also played the song to the closest members of Loona, and they gave me a lot of support. I received encouragement from the members, saying, ‘The song is really good and suits you.'”
Chuu gained motivation through the members’ support. Chuu’s affection for her colleagues was evident in Chuu’s story, “Her members often listen to songs in advance. It boosts our confidence. I am grateful to the members for relieving the tension while preparing the ‘Howl’ album.” . Chu said her members frequently texted her. She said, “Whenever I was worried, (the members) gave me stability and comfort. That’s why I’m so grateful.”
It was said that the possibility of full group activities was being left open. Chuu said, “I hope the opportunity to show (the full stage) comes soon. I hope that time comes quickly,” she said with a smile.
Meanwhile, Chuu’s first mini album ‘Howl’ will be released on various music sites at 6 PM on this day.
