Churumuco, Michoacan. March 20, 2023.- As a result of operational actions carried out by the Secretaries of Public Security (SSP) and National Defense (Sedena), together with the National Guard (GN), a .223mm caliber long weapon was seized , five chargers, 127 useful cartridges, a tactical vest and an Italika brand motorcycle in an apparent state of abandonment.
In this regard, it was reported that it was when carrying out foot-to-land tours in the town of Loma de Guayacán of this demarcation, that the members of the Civil and National Guards, in coordination with the Mexican Army; they visualized a birodante vehicle and various objects in an apparent state of abandonment, so they approached to secure the area.
In total, a .223mm caliber long weapon, five magazines, 127 useful cartridges, a tactical vest and an Italika brand motorcycle were seized with no report of theft.
Therefore, what was seized was transferred to the corresponding authorities, while elements of the security forces continued their work in the area, in order to prevent and deter further possible crimes.
