It wasn’t exactly an amicable divorce between Federico Chiesa and the Fiorentina. After a push and pull that lasted practically a year, the son of art moved to the Juventus on the last day of the transfer market session and his farewell caused a lot ofanger of the fans as purple as the bitter outburst of the sporting director Daniele Pradè.
“Now we took off this burden: it was a soap opera, we only talked about this and not about the team – said the purple manager during a press conference -. To the family Commisso I have always said it was right to do this ”.
“They – Pradè said referring to the owners – would have gladly kept it, but for church dad we have always been considered a vehicle for reaching other situations. Before Covid there was club interest British for church, but he wanted to stay in Italy“.
In Prad’s words to poison there is also a tough stance on the choice to assign him the captain’s armband: “In retrospect I can say that it was a mistake” commented the Fiorentina sports director.
