Chuck Norris calls himself ‘on the side of law and order’ after ‘lookalike’ is seen on Capitol Hill

The very conservative star of Walker, Texas Ranger was forced to deny her participation in the invasion of the Capitol on January 6, after a “lookalike” was seen there.

After Jay Kay, the singer of the group Jamiroquai, another star was forced to clarify that she was not present in Washington during the invasion of the Capitol last week by supporters of Donald Trump.

The very conservative Chuck Norris, now 80, was thus forced to post on Twitter a message explaining that he had not been there, after a “lookalike” was seen on Capitol Hill:

“I recently learned that a Chuck Norris lookalike was seen during the riots at the Washington Capitol. It wasn’t me. I wasn’t there. Violence has no place in society. am and always will be on the side of law and order, ”the star wrote. Walker, Texas Ranger.

Information confirmed by his manager, Erik Kritzer, to The Associated Press, specifies The Guardian: “Chuck is on his ranch in Texas with his family,” he said, adding that the star was “much more beautiful” than his lookalike on the Capitol.

This story is reminiscent of Jamiroquai singer Jay Kay, who unwillingly found himself embroiled in the Capitol invasion and compared to Jake Angeli, one of the activists who disrupted Congress last Wednesday:

Jake Angeli is an influential member of the QAnon conspiracy movement; his headdress, which he has worn in the past, has earned him the pseudonym “QAnon Shaman”.
