Chronovélo 2 Cycle Path Progress: Grenoble’s Metropolis Makes Strides Towards Linking Saint-Égrève to University Area

The work led by the Metropolis of Grenoble on the Chronovélo 2 cycle path, which will eventually link Saint-Égrève to the university area and the Gières station, is on track. Plantings will take place in the fall.

Currently, when arriving from rue Saint-Just on rue de l’Étang, blocks hinder the passage of bicycles, because the crossing of the tramway has not yet been carried out. It must first be validated by a national security commission, which should take place at the start of the school year. Improvements will be made soon after.
