FAJAR.CO.ID, MAKASSAR — South Sulawesi Regional Police Chief Inspector General Pol Andi Rian Djajadi went down to handle a sadistic murder case on Jalan Kandea, Bontoala District, Makassar City, Sunday (14/4/2024).
When met at the location, Andi Rian told the chronology of the discovery of a woman’s body in a rented house.
Andi Rian said, initially a 17 year old woman came to report to the Makasaar Police.
“He reported alleged abuse by his father,” said Andi Rian.
He added that when investigators carried out an in-depth investigation, the teenage girl admitted that she was often abused by her father.
As for her mother, who was previously reported to have run away with another man, this was denied by the child before the police.
“He also said that his mother did not run away (with another man). It turns out from the child’s statement, his mother did not run away but was tortured to death and the incident happened in 2018, if we count it means it has been six years,” he said.
Andi Rian said that currently his party, called the forensic team, has identified and processed the crime scene.
“At first glance there are visible bones, we just have to look and see if they are really human bones,” he said.
After that, said Andi Rian, his party will also carry out a Deoxyribonucleic Acid (DNA) test to strengthen the evidence.
“Then we will do a DNA test because the family is still there,” he explained.
Andi Rian said that later the victim’s impact position would be seen. Because, previously he was declared dead due to abuse.
“We will also see where the collision occurred, if the temporary confession was that the deceased died because he was beaten or abused,” he said.
