“Chrono Odyssey: Next-Generation MMORPG Preview and Updates”

Chrono Odyssey appeared with a brand new gameplay preview. Although it is an open-world MMO, this view would be the envy of most AAA-category single-player RPGs.

Almost three years ago, the Korean NPIXEL presented its next-generation MMORPG called Chrono Odyssey, which, running on Unreal Engine 5, will dazzle players on PC, Xbox Series X/S and PlayStation 5. Since then, however, there has been a deep radio silence – this is now broken by the latest gameplay preview, which, to put it mildly, left our mouths open.

Seeing the promising gameplay, we have to remind ourselves again and again that this is not a traditional action role-playing game, but an open-world MMORPG in which hundreds of players will have adventures. Another interesting feature is that the developers spiced up the already exciting medieval fantasy setting with some space-time magic – this was already demonstrated by the characters’ skills in the video. By the way, the game will follow the story of the mysterious organization called Idraiginn, who declared war against their own gods. We are already dreading the higher level raid bosses!

Chrono Odyssey was originally supposed to be released in 2022, but the game has been delayed ever since and still has no release date. When it’s ready, we’ll be able to play half of it on PC, Xbox Series X/S, and PlayStation 5.
