The developer Pierre Feuille Studio has announced that Chronique des Silencieux will debut on PC later this month, specifically on January 29, 2024. The game is a detective adventure that takes place in 1970s France, and the story revolves around the fresh private detective Eugène Faury who gets tasked with investigating a mysterious history professor whose life is shrouded in secrecy.
The game consists of searching through papers and chatting with NPCs, while putting together clues and following clues to solve the case. You also have to make choices along the way, which can have an impact on the lives of the people you meet.
The game will support both English and French at launch, with plans for more languages eventually, and it will also debut on Steam first, with the intention of also supporting Mac and Linux in the coming weeks.
