Air France will require digital certificates attesting to vaccination against Covid-19 or a negative test result during a month-long trial. The mayor of the French city of Nice, Christian Estrozi, has called on the state health authorities to give him permission to import the Russian “Sputnik V” vaccine. The first and second phases of the clinical trials were completed in October, and the final phase trials are currently underway in Uzbekistan, Pakistan and Indonesia. The vaccine was approved for use in Uzbekistan on 1 March. In China, the vaccination campaign is slow, with 64.98 million doses used in a country of 1.4 billion people.
