Concert “Christmas Rose”

“When the Christmas star shines outside the window, at home you want a warm flame, gingerbread and beautiful Christmas music that appeals and warms the heart.”
The mixed choir “INTIS” of the Liepāja Folk Art and Culture Center, conductor Ilze Valce, choirmaster Emīls Sudmalis and the guest collective from France – Paris Latvian mixed choir “Latve”, conductor Ināra Braže, will perform at the concert.
The choir’s singing will be enhanced by soloists Ināra Braže and Normunds Dzintars, while the musical sound will be provided by musicians: Jānis Strazds (keyboards), Mārtiņš Zālīte (oboe), Māris Kupčs (guitar), Aivars Meijers (bass), Miķelis Vīte (drums).
The concert will feature melodies and Christmas songs composed by Imanta Kalniņš, Ārik Ešenvald, Jānis Strazd.
The concert will be conducted by Pēteris Lapiņš.
