Runners of all ages donned festive red and white costumes to compete in the annual Santa Claus race on Sunday in Skopje.
Hundreds of people took part in the race, returning to the capital of North Macedonia after being canceled in 2020 due to coronavirus restrictions.
North Macedonia has fewer than 5,000 active cases of COVID-19 today.
The first case involving the Omicron strain was confirmed just days ago, but authorities have yet to impose further restrictions.
