The concert invites reflection, union and the preservation of Christmas traditions.
To celebrate the December holidays, the Directorate of Culture of the Municipal Government of San Luis Potosí invites everyone to enjoy the digital concert Voces en Casa: Christmas Music of the World, which will take place on Sunday, December 20 at 7:30 p.m. hours, with retransmission on December 24 at 8:30 p.m.
The concert will be in charge of the Patapán Vocal Quartet in the company of the Moscow Classical Ensemble, who will perform Christmas carols from the emblematic lobby of the Teatro de la Paz. This event can be seen for free and from the comfort of the Potosí families’ homes through the social networks of Cultura San Luis and the Teatro de la Paz SLP.
The musician Iván Petrov and the soprano Liliana del Conde, accompanied by virtuous musicians and singers such as Beatriz Motaño, Víctor Álvarez, Víctor Rasgado, Vasily Shimalin, Ekaterina Kuznetsova, Valentina Turusheva and Enríque Macías, will delight the audience with a very Christmas musical repertoire.
This event calls for reflection, to preserve Christmas traditions and to maintain the union between families despite the extraordinary time that the capital of Potosí is going through due to COVID-19, therefore the concert will be dedicated to the process of resilience that the time causes in families.
