About Christiane Feichter
Christiane Feichter has specialized in the areas of M&A, corporate law, venture capital and private equity throughout her professional career. In recent years, she has not only advised on large (international) M&A and private equity transactions on both the seller and buyer side, but also startups and SMEs in the implementation of capital measures as well as company formation and in connection with general contract drafting. She has been registered as a lawyer since 2022 and was one of the founding partners of AKELA early in her career. Christiane and Martin Kollar lead the startup program NuCo.legal, which they founded together (a special service offered by AKELA for founders, academic spin-offs and scale-ups. Christiane is co-author of the chapter “Corporate Venturing” in the MANZ standard work “The Great Handbook of Commercial Law”. She is very present in the Austrian startup and investor scene and regularly represents AKELA at renowned events such as the annual Business Angel Summit in Kitzbühel, the World Venture Forum or the Global Corporate Venturing & Innovation Summit. Christiane Feichter regularly gives lectures in her specialist areas and regularly attends further training to always be up to date.
