Christian Pulisic’s fluke goal

Christian Pulisic scored a goal in the win AC Milan over Club Brugge 3-1. Pulisic admitted that his goal was just a coincidence.

At the game Champions League at the San Siro, Wednesday (23/10) WIB, Pulisic opened the scoring in the 34th minute. A Milan player took a corner kick on the left wing, then fired a curling kick.

Kyriani Sabbe scored the visitors’ goal after the restart. However, Tijani Reijnders later scored two more goals for AC Milan to ensure victory.

The result marked Milan’s first win in their opening three Champions League games this season. In the case of Milan’s first goal, Pulisic actually intended to place a cross instead of a direct kick at goal.

“I had a bit of luck tonight, it still counts as a goal,” the 26-year-old footballer said as reported by Football – Italy.

“I never used it, but it was a good cross. I would say it was a good goal, but I never used it,” he said.

Christian Pulisic meaning he has registered seven goals and three assists in 11 games for Milan in all competitions this season. Pulisic is on track to repeat his success last season when he scored 15 goals and 11 assists.
