Christian Dussey is largely unknown to the general public. This is not a bad premise for a budding intelligence director. Colorful dogs that crowd into the spotlight are not welcome in this environment. After all, the 55-year-old Dussey was shortlisted three and a half years ago when a successor to the retired Markus Seiler was sought and found in the person of Jean-Philippe Gaudin.
