On the one hand, Plummer’s colleagues from the film “Knives Out – Mord is a family matter” said goodbye. Ana de Armas (32) writes in an Instagram post to a shared picture with her late colleague: “My heart is broken, my dear Chris. I feel your loss deep in my heart. How lucky I was to have you next to me in one of the best experiences of my career.” She wanted to thank you for “your laugh, your warmth, your talent, your stories about Marilyn, your vitamins when I got sick, your patience, your partnership and your company”. “I will always think of you with love and admiration. Rest in peace.”

Chris Evans (39) was also in front of the camera with Plummer for “Knives Out – Murder is a family matter”. “This is really heartbreaking. What an incredible loss,” he writes on twitter. “Few careers have such longevity and impact. One of my favorite memories of ‘Knives Out’ was playing the piano together in the Thrombey House during breaks. He was a lovely man and a legendary talent.” Another “Knives Out” colleague said goodbye on Instagram: “See you on the other side, rest in peace,” wrote Don Johnson (71, “Miami Vice”) on a joint photo.

Jamie Lee Curtis (62), who played Plummer’s Daughter in the movie, released a black and white portrait von Plummer, which she did herself on the first day of shooting, explains Curtis. “His work in this film is full of life, love and longing. A wonderful portrayal. It was an honor to have worked with him. A warm aloha, Christopher,” she wrote.
