The Cuban reggaeton singer Chocolate MC joined the fever for the controversial Santa María Music Fest, the music festival in Cuba that began on August 17 amid criticism and complaints about its lousy service.
Since its realization was announced, the festival has been overshadowed by comments, both from the opposition in exile, and from ordinary Cubans, who denounced in the first instance the unpayable prices of tickets and tourist packages to arrive and Lodge.
The festival was then presented as one more strategy of the regime to squeeze money from tourists, which is never invested in improving services for Cubans.
In the midst of all this, the self-styled ‘King of the Cast’ pointed out that he saw nothing wrong with the arrival of international singers on the Island, and consistent with that thought, he came to Cuba to enjoy the festival, but not alone, but with all his family and even his neighborhood.
In a very generous way, the interpreter of downhill He took his entire family and neighbors to enjoy the event, as he revealed on his Instagram account.

In the same post, the singer announced that “beer will not be lacking”, revealing that he is also obviously supplying food and drinks to his acquaintances, the same ones they would never have access to if it weren’t for him.
Chocolate responded to those who criticize the Santa María Music Fest and, in particular, to those who defend that the event “washes the face of the regime” and helps the dictatorship. He also sent a message to his detractors, including influencers Alexander Otaola and Alain Paparazzi.

According to Choco, thanks to the fact that the festival is in Cuba, his family and friends from the neighborhood can enjoy the beach and “good” music.
Likewise, he was convinced that the festival is going to be a success and will open the doors to many more festivals, despite growing complaints from failures of the organization, which left several hundred tourists without transportation or lodging.
“For Jay Z to sing, for Madonna to sing, for Beyoncé to sing, for Usher to go, for the whole world to sing in Cuba (…) like all countries,” he said, very optimistic way.
