The Reintegration Bureau questioned the powers of the special representative of Tiraspol and the representative office in the Russian Federation.
“First of all, it is necessary to clarify the issue of the status of the so-called representative office, on behalf of which Mr. Manakov speaks. For more than four years, Chisinau has been waiting for such clarifications. Secondly, the parties that signed the Agreement of July 21, 1992, and not people who have nothing to do with him,” the ministry said.
Recall, the head of the so-called representative office of the unrecognized Transnistria in Russia, Leonid Manakov urged Russia to increase the number of its “peacekeepers” in the region, explaining this by increasing security risks.
