Chisinau Airport Evacuated Twice Due to False Bomb Threats – April 21, 2024

In Moldova, Chisinau airport was evacuated twice in the evening. An unidentified person is reporting an alleged bomb on the airport grounds.

On the evening of April 21, the Moldovan police received a message about bombs at Chisinau airport and in one of the planes. All passengers and employees were immediately evacuated from the airport, but it turned out that the message was false.

An hour later, the Moldovan police received a message again about mining the airport. Law enforcement officers had to evacuate passengers and airport staff again.
