Interior Minister Süleyman Soylu announced that the driver’s license information will be loaded on the new ID card as of September 21. HOW TO APPLY FOR A NEW CHIPED ID CARD?
Since September 21, Turkey by taking appointment of new types of driver’s licenses in the general population Directorates will begin installing the new generation of identity cards.
For this process; There will be no charge for uploading the information in the driver’s license.
When the validity of the driver’s license expires, it will be automatically deleted from the ID cards, just like the renewal of the old cards.
