Jakarta, Selular.ID – Several smartphone brands from China are reportedly preparing to launch the latest folding screen phones by the end of this year. One of those who entered the ranks of the Chinese smartphone is Samsung.
Launching a report from DigiTimes, industry sources familiar with the matter have revealed that there is likely to be quite a bit of competition for the ultra premium segment as more brands will offer foldable handsets.
The sources also added that this year, the South Korean tech giant has no plans to launch a new high-end Galaxy Note series device. Then instead, the company will focus on pushing new foldable smartphones, including the Galaxy Fold and Galaxy Z Flip lineup. This marks a major change for the Samsung mobile brand.
