In the women’s multi-directional UFO team competition, three players from the Chinese team, Wu Cuicui, Zhang Xinqiu and Li Qingnian, all performed well and finally broke the original world record of 354 with a total score of 357. In the individual finals, Zhang Xinqiu scored 47 out of 50 targets, winning the championship and successfully defending his title. Wu Cuicui, who shot 43, won the silver medal, and Kazakhstan’s Dmitryenko won the bronze medal.

The Chinese team received a surprise in the men’s multi-directional flying saucer event. In the team competition, the Chinese team scored 354, overwhelming the Qatar team with 353, and won the bronze medal. India and Kuwait won the gold and silver medals respectively.
In the men’s multi-directional individual qualifying competition, Chinese team players Qi Ying and five other players entered the playoffs to compete for the last spot in the finals. In the extra round, Qi Ying had a dangerous battle with Kazakhstan’s Aisarbayev, and finally narrowly defeated 18:17 to get the last seat in the finals.
