The Indians said from the very beginning that they did not intend to give the leaders such an opportunity in 2023, a source familiar with the position of the organizers told Vedomosti. In addition, Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador, who very rarely travels outside the country, will not come to the summit from the leaders of the countries.
