Xu Bo, an employee of PowerChina who has worked overseas for many years, has long been used to sticking to his post during the Spring Festival and not being able to go home for reunion.
Xu Bo, an employee of Power China: I am an overseas employee of the 11th Hydropower Bureau of Power China. My name is Xu Bo, and I work in Sao Paulo, Brazil. I have been working here for nearly 3 years, and I am mainly responsible for the project management of Sao Paulo Metro Line 2 in Brazil. This project has been fulfilled for more than two years, and it is still relatively smooth. I have been working overseas for fourteen years, and during these fourteen years, I spent most of the Spring Festival overseas with my colleagues.

Xu Bo, an employee of PowerChina: I will be homesick, but I can also reap the joy of project progress on the construction site. When I celebrate the New Year at home, I also post Spring Festival couplets. Now in terms of projects, we actually organize such activities every year. Local colleagues also recognize our traditional Chinese culture very much, and will go with us to post Spring Festival couplets and Chinese characters of blessing. There is such an opportunity to sit with everyone, make dumplings, and watch the Spring Festival Gala. Although there is only one day, I can celebrate this festival with everyone and at the same time send a blessing to the motherland.
