Valery Gorbunov called the Kaiyi E5 a low-budget car, which, in terms of technical equipment, will be comparable to the Kia Rio and Cerato, which were assembled in St. Petersburg and Kaliningrad. The estimated cost of the sedan, which is going to be delivered to dealerships at the end of the first quarter of this year, will start at about a million rubles. Thus, the Chinese model will become a direct competitor to Lada.
