China has several aircraft similar to the Russian A-50.
The Ukrainian anti-aircraft gunners’ knowledge of shooting down the Russian A-50 aircraft is valuable to the United States and China.
About it said Defense Express military expert Ivan Kirichevsky on the Espreso TV channel.
According to Kirichevsky, the Russians, who declare confrontation with NATO, are trying to copy the Alliance doctrine in the use of aviation. When tactical aircraft do not take off to strike ground targets without being accompanied by radar patrol aircraft.
“And here comes the second global point, which goes beyond our theater of operations and even our war. Knowledge of how it was possible to shoot down a plane flying more than one and a half hundred kilometers from the combat line can now be very valuable for the American partners, and for the Chinese,” added Kirichevsky.
He said the US and China are actively preparing for a major war in the Pacific, so such aircraft will be needed.
In China there are aircraft similar to the Russian A-50.
“Both sides will try to knock out just such aircraft. Previously, it was believed that radar patrol aircraft in all armies were invulnerable because they fly far from the combat line. Now it turns out that there are tools to bring the combat line closer to such specific aircraft. Knowledge that appeared among our anti-aircraft gunners, they will bring us bonuses,” Kirichevsky noted.
Let us recall that the destruction of the Russian A-50 aircraft was a complex combined operation of the Ukrainian Armed Forces using electronic warfare equipment.
According to military experts, Ukraine made a breakthrough, with the help of partners, in the use of electronic warfare of various types, which made it possible to pull these aircraft closer to the coast of the country, although this territory is temporarily occupied, and then to carry out a complex that led to their destruction.
