BEIJING, Jan. 10 (Xinhua) — China’s new yuan-denominated lending totaled 21.31 trillion yuan (about US$3.15 trillion) in 2022, according to data released by China’s central bank on Tuesday.
In December, new yuan-denominated lending reached 1.4 trillion yuan, an increase of 266.5 billion yuan year on year, according to the People’s Bank of China.
The M2 money supply, a measure of broad money that covers cash in circulation and all deposits, increased 11.8% year on year to 266.43 trillion yuan late last month, after the country’s central bank. end
