Mao Ning said that since the outbreak of the current round of Palestinian-Israeli conflict, China has maintained close communication with relevant parties, actively participated in United Nations Security Council consultations, and made every effort to promote peace and talks to cool down the situation. The international community, especially the majority of Arab countries, speaks highly of China’s just stance and role as a responsible major country.
