In his address to the hosts, Ambassador Xie pointed out that if the US takes a course of “de-risking” as a means of achieving “separation”, it will create more difficulties for bilateral relations.
“Recently, the US has announced that it does not seek to ‘break up’ with China, but at the same time talks about ‘de-risking’. What risks? where are they How to remove?
