WASHINGTON, KOMPAS.TV – President of the United States (US), Joe Biden finally made a controversial statement.
He said that as long as he oversaw China, he would not be able to beat the US as the world leader.
Biden revealed that he had met with the President of China, Xi Jinping during his time as Vice President Barack Obama.

He considered that Xi Jinping believed in an authoritarian system that would be the key to the future, not democracy.
Biden also stressed that he had made it clear to Xi Jinping that the US was not looking for confrontation.
