China unveils smartphone with world’s loudest 4W speaker

Chinese vendor Oukitel is preparing a new smartphone model for the premiere. We are talking about Oukitel WP22. When developing this device, the emphasis was placed on sound reproduction. Oukitel claims that the WP22’s speaker power is superior to all smartphones on the global market.

The novelty is equipped with a 36 mm speaker with a power of 4 W, capable of delivering 123 dB. The sound is reproduced by them in the range from 100 to 400 Hz. Oukitel’s report focuses on the fact that the power of the speakers of modern smartphones varies between 0.5-2 watts.

Oukitel smartphones are widely known for their high-capacity batteries. The WP22 is no exception in this respect. Its battery capacity is 10,000 mAh. It supports 18W charging. The WP22 uses the Helio P90 chip from MTK as the hardware basis. The display diagonal is 6.58″. The smartphone will be delivered to the market in an 8/256 GB configuration with Android 13 out of the box.

In addition to the 48 MP camera, Oukitel WP22 boasts a 20 MP infrared camera that allows you to shoot in the dark. The selfie camera has a resolution of 16 megapixels.

On sale a new smartphone from Oukitel will appear before the end of the month. At first, it will be possible to purchase it only on AliExpress.
