China’s space agency shared images of the Zhurong spacecraft making small steps on Mars.

The images were captured by a wireless camera that the robot placed on the planet’s surface.

The newly released images also include a video of the moment Zhurong landed on Mars in May. Here, the parachute system is working and the moment that it descends to the planet is seen.

The six-wheeled robot continues its investigations in an area on the Red Planet called Utopia Planitia.
