According to the person in charge of the Passenger Transport Department of the China Railway Group, the Spring Festival holiday is coming to an end and the return passenger flow of the railway has grown strongly. Judging from the advance ticket sales of Railway 12306, on February 17, there were more passengers departing from cities such as Beijing, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Xi’an, Wuhan, Chongqing, Zhengzhou, Shanghai, Hangzhou, and Nanchang. Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Chengdu, Hangzhou, Wuhan, Xi’an, Chongqing, Zhengzhou and other cities have more passengers, Guangzhou-Shenzhen, Tianjin-Beijing, Zhanjiang-Guangzhou, Beijing-Shanghai, Nanning-Guangzhou, Hangzhou-Shanghai, Wuhan-Shanghai, Nanjing-Shanghai, Shenzhen- Guangzhou, Shanghai-Suzhou and other sections have large passenger flows.

Railway departments in various regions have coordinated the use of high-speed rail and normal-speed resources, made every effort to increase transport capacity, promptly opened additional passenger trains on popular line sections, implemented measures to facilitate and benefit the people, and strive to meet the return travel needs of passengers. Beijing Bureau Group Co., Ltd. has coordinated with major stations in Beijing to extend subway operating hours, increase the supply of buses, taxis, and online ride-hailing services to ensure that arriving passengers can leave the station quickly. The railway department reminds passengers that the railway has entered the peak of return passenger flow. Please pay attention to weather changes and travel service information in a timely manner and arrange your travel reasonably. In order to ensure the safety of train operation, railway vehicles have certain passenger capacity restrictions. High-speed rail trains that operate safely, at high speeds and smoothly have stricter passenger capacity restrictions. If a large number of passengers who purchase short-distance tickets do not get off the train when they arrive at the station, it will cause The overcrowding of carriages seriously affects the normal transportation order and endangers the safety of train operations. Railway staff will also persuade passengers who “buy short and take long” to get off. To this end, the railway department reminds passengers to strictly follow the arrival and departure stations according to their tickets and jointly maintain good riding order.
