US Secretary of State Antony Blinken has again urged China to condemn Russia’s war of aggression against Ukraine. Blinken met his Chinese counterpart Wang Yi on the sidelines of the G2 foreign ministers’ meeting in Bali. He then said that China claims to be neutral in the conflict.
