The technology center in the south of the country is one of China’s largest cities, and all residents were ordered to stay home on Sunday.

The outbreak in Shenzhen is linked to the widespread use of Covid-19 in Hong Kong.
The number of new infections in China has doubled to almost 3,400 a day.
