China invests $50 billion in Brazil – 2024-09-05 02:00:10

/ world today news/ The Brazilian government announced on Thursday that China will invest 50 billion US dollars in the infrastructure of the Latin American giant in order to facilitate exports from South America. China’s Premier Li Keqiang is expected in Brazil on Tuesday.

The Chinese premier will meet on Tuesday with Dilma Rousseff, who is the president of Brazil, to launch the new investments, which will be focused on infrastructure, railways, roads, ports and airports.

In particular, the realization of a rail and sea corridor passing through the Amazon and the Peruvian coast of the Pacific Ocean, from where it will continue to China, is expected to begin.
