He clarified that in the future it is possible to launch ships to the station from the territory of other countries, for example, from the European cosmodrome in French Guiana or from the USA and Japan, but not from the Russian Federation.
“In the case of Russia, there is one factor. Its territory is located at a very high latitude, and for docking with our station there is a requirement: the latitude of the launch pad should not be higher than 42 °,” Yan explained.

The CASIC spokesman added that China is “considering nine proposals from 17 countries for experiments at the station.”
Due to the geopolitical situation, taikonauts do not participate in the International Space Station project, as well as astronauts in the KKS project.
In 2021, the head of Roscosmos Dmitry Rogozinregularly threatening Ukraine and the West with a nuclear strike, announced the possible sending of astronauts to the KKS.
