China Claims to Receive Signals of Alien Civilization, Its Location Here?

Jakarta, CNBC IndonesiaChina managed to find a signal of alien civilization. This comes from a report in China’s Ministry of Science and Technology’s official newspaper, Science and Technology.

The discovery was made using the Sky Eye telescope in China’s Huizhou province. The findings come from a team co-founded by Beijing Normal University, the National Astronomical Observatory of China and the University of California Berkeley.

The report quoted the team’s chief scientist Zhang Tonjie. It is reported that the team managed to find two sets of suspicious signals in 2020, while processing the data collected in 2019.

In 2022, they also re-discovered another singal, namely when making observations on exoplanet.

“The signal could be some kind of radio interference. So further investigation is needed,” Zhang said Daily MailFriday (17/6/2022).

The news immediately went viral on the Weibk social network and was picked up by other media. But mysteriously the news disappeared after it was published.

“The Sky Eye Telescope may have caught signs of extraterrestrial life, according to reports Science and Technology Daily supported by the state, which later appeared to have deleted reports and posts regarding the discovery,” he said Bloomberg.

“The news had already started trending on the social network Weibo and was picked up by other media, including state-run ones.”

Mail Online said it had tried to contact China’s National Astronomical Observatory for comment.

Meanwhile Sky Eye is a telescope with a diameter of 500 meters and has the best chance of finding alien life. The telescope is tasked with searching for interstellar communication signals that suggest alien life and potentially habitable exoplanets.
