Chinese Ambassador to Russia Zhang Hanwei said in an interview with Russia’s “TASS” agency that for more than 30 years, NATO has fueled tensions everywhere. The alliance has been accused of destabilizing and encouraging separatism, as happened in Kosovo, Libya and Afghanistan.
