China-ASEAN Industrial Design Week: Promoting Innovation and Collaboration in Manufacturing Industry

On September 16, the first China-ASEAN Industrial Design Week was launched in Nanning.

This design week includes a series of activities such as the China-ASEAN Industrial Design Industry Cooperation Forum, an advanced training class on the integration of industry and education in the design field, designers’ night, industrial design exhibition, and the Entering ASEAN-Creative Industry Economic Dialogue. On the same day, the China-ASEAN Industrial Design Industry Cooperation Forum attracted well-known experts, scholars and business representatives from both inside and outside the region to gather together. They had in-depth discussions and exchanges around the theme of “China-ASEAN Industrial Design Industry Innovation, Development and Open Cooperation”.

How to improve industrial design and empower the high-quality development of manufacturing industry? How to vigorously optimize the development environment of industrial design? How to cultivate excellent industrial design talents… The participating experts focused on the cutting-edge innovation design and future industrial development directions of China and ASEAN countries, analyzed cutting-edge trends in industry development, and shared the latest research results. Experts believe that giving full play to the role of industrial design in promoting the industrial chain value chain and empowering the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry, and using design innovation to drive the collaboration of the China-ASEAN industrial chain, supply chain, value chain, and innovation chain, will help To promote the high-quality development of industries between China and ASEAN.
