It states that this year marks the 30th anniversary of the establishment of a strategic partnership between China and Brazil, and the next 50 years of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries. In this regard, China and Brazil will promote dialogue and exchange between governments to strengthen political trust and the foundation of bilateral relations, strive to deepen the comprehensive strategic partnership based on openness, inclusiveness and mutually beneficial cooperation. In the statement, Brazil once again emphasized that it will abide by the one-China principle.
The two countries gave a positive assessment of the dialogue and coordination between them in international organizations and multilateral mechanisms, and expressed their desire to continue to strengthen exchanges within the framework of the UN, WTO, IMF, WB, G-20, BRICS and other mechanisms.
