China agreed to participate in negotiations over the conflict in Ukraine. This was announced by a European diplomat who wished to remain anonymous.
“China has indicated that it will take part in the next such meeting,” said a European diplomat. His words are quoted by the British newspaper Financial Times. The interlocutor noted that representatives from China actively participated in the talks on Ukraine in Jeddah (Saudi Arabia).
Negotiations to resolve the conflict in Ukraine pass in Saudi Arabia. They are attended by a number of diplomats from Western countries, but there are no Russian politicians. At the same time, Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia Mohammed bin Salman said that he would report to Russian President Vladimir Putin about results of the meeting across Ukraine.
