Chilling forecast – within hours everything turns yellow!

The weather today remains sunny, and in the coming hours and evening in some places, mainly in the western half of the country it will rain. It is also possible to thunder. The wind will be oriented from the northwest, in the Danube plain it will be moderate. The maximum temperatures will be between 19 ° and 24 °, in Sofia around 19 °.

Significant change will occur in the next day. During the night the wind will start to orient from the northeast, will intensify and will be moderate, in Northern and Eastern Bulgaria – temporarily strong and with it colder air will invade. Temperatures in the morning will be between 8 ° and 13 °, in Sofia – about 10 °, and in the evening – from 2 ° -3 ° in the northwest to 7 ° -8 ° in the southeast, in Sofia – about 3 °. It will be cloudy, with rain showers, which with the decrease of temperatures, tomorrow evening and during the night against Monday, in Northeastern Bulgaria, the Fore-Balkans and the high fields in Western Bulgaria will mix or turn into snow.

Precipitation will be significant in quantities, which is why a first-degree warning has been issued throughout the country – a yellow code.

Cloudy, foggy and with snowfall, in the morning below 1200 meters – from the rain will be the weather in the mountains, but with lower temperatures, the rain in the lower parts will quickly turn into snow. In many places the quantities will be significant.

Before noon the wind will still be from the south, but by evening it will be oriented from the northeast everywhere, it will be moderate to strong and will lower the temperatures. With it there will be conditions for blizzards.

During the night before Monday the rains will continue, and with the cold in the Fore-Balkans there will be conditions to keep the snow cover. In the new week the weather will be changeable, in the beginning and quite cold for the period: on Monday the minimum temperatures are between 0 ° and 5 °, the maximum in most places between 5 ° and 10 °. It will be cloudy, with rainfall, over 500-600 m – and snow. From Wednesday, temperatures will slowly rise.
