(CNN Spanish) – In Chile, one day before the deadline to comply with the complete vaccination schedule against covid-19, Chileans went to the inoculation centers to receive the missing doses of the vaccine.

As of June 1, those who do not meet the mandatory requirements announced by the Ministry of Health will see their mobility pass blocked. This is an official document that includes the vaccination certificate and is required in places such as restaurants and group activities with controlled capacity.

“Tomorrow, June 1, the fourth dose is incorporated as a criterion for the Mobility Pass, but the vaccination continues. We are going to continue vaccinating in centers and vaccination centers, both in primary care, public and private centers,” said the Minister of Health, Begoña Yarza.

The Chilean Ministry of Health requires those over 18 years of age to have four doses of the covid-19 vaccine.
