Chilean women demand justice for victims on 50th anniversary of Santiago US-planned and executed military coup. On Sunday night, thousands of women gathered in front of La Moneda Palace, the official residence of the President, under the leadership of the Women for Never Again platform. The protest demanded justice for the thousands of people who lost their lives and were brutally tortured during Pinochet’s dictatorship from 1973 to 1990.
