Arts – Books by Amir El Tohamy – Badra is one of the most famous belly dancers in Egypt – but she is Chilean, not Egyptian.
She became known as “Badra” after she came to Egypt since 2015, to start dancing at weddings since 2019, and her fame began since then, and she appeared in a video clip dancing with festival singer Hassan Shakoush.
In 2017, Badra was beaten and appeared in the hospital while she was receiving treatment. She performed at a party on the sidelines of the 2020 El Gouna Film Festival and appeared in the video with screenwriter Tamer Habib. Her last appearance was in the video clip “Number 2”, by the artist Ahmed El-Fishawy, who attacked During which the artist Mohamed Ramadan.
Badra has lived in Egypt for years and teaches in her own belly dancing school.
