“Child’s Head Gets Stuck in Biscuit Tin in Jakarta: Mother Shares Panic and Relief”

A two year old child in Kemayoran, Central Jakarta crying in pain as his head got stuck biscuit tin Eid. The mother, U (33), described a moment of panic when she saw her child’s head stuck in a biscuit tin.

“Yes, I feel nervous, panic. How yes, her name is also mother, I’m afraid of what’s going on,” said U when met by detik.com in Kemayoran, Central Jakarta, Thursday (27/4/2023).

U admitted that he cried with relief when the biscuit tin slipped from the child’s head. Even so, U said he was grateful there were no injuries to his son’s head.

“Yes, thank God, there’s nothing wrong with it, it’s just that the scar has a red line, not a wound. When the can came out, I immediately cried,” said U.

How come?

The question is, how can a child’s head get into a biscuit tin? The moment the child’s head got stuck in a can was told by U. At first, U told that his son was playing with his brother while carrying a can.

“Tuesday (25/4), around 9 pm. I was in the living room, there were also her aunts. She (her child) was playing in the room with another nephew. I did bring cans, but I didn’t expect to put them in in the head,” said U.

“Yes, a can of Eid biscuits, brought to the room. Not long after, the nephew was screaming, ‘the child can’t get out’. Then I thought the door couldn’t be opened, couldn’t get out. Eh, when I saw it, it turned out to be a can, his head was in the can,” he added.
