Children’s vaccination against Covid-19 begins tomorrow in Parral – El Heraldo de Chihuahua

The regional delegation of Welfare in Hidalgo del Parral, reports that the vaccination operation for children between 5 and 11 years of age begins tomorrow, where the pediatric dose of Pfizer, recommended by the World Health Organization, will be applied ( WHO), so only those who make up this age range will be able to receive the immune system that arrived in the city.

For this deployment, there will be a reserve of 9,680 pediatric vaccines, which will be applied on July 28 and 29, in two modules that will be installed at the Technological Institute of Parral staffed by IMSS personnel and at the Autonomous University of Chihuahua by the Ministry of Health, from eight in the morning to three in the afternoon.

In both modules there will be the presence of the Correcaminos Brigade, made up of personnel from the Ministry of Welfare and Health; as well as the Institute of Security and Social Services for State Workers (ISSSTE) and the Mexican Institute of Social Security (IMSS).

Interested parties are invited to come with the corresponding documentation: the printed pre-registration format (downloaded from the mivacuna.salud.gob.mx site), a copy of their Unique Population Registry Code (CURP), official identification, present the minor’s birth certificate and official identification of the father, mother or guardian, as well as respect the order of care.

The Government of Mexico, headed by the President of the Mexican Republic, Andrés Manuel López Obrador, maintains the commitment to deliver vaccines free of charge to all Mexicans as part of the actions to eradicate the effects of the pandemic in Mexico.
