The Children’s Comic Action Day in Berlin has been proving its worth for five years now. It is organized by Reprodukt Publishing in cooperation with the Comic retailer Modern Graphics and the venue DOCK 11 / DOCK ART.
Am 8. September 2024 It’s that time again: families with children are cordially invited to take part in various free activities from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. in the Modern Graphics branch and the neighboring venue DOCK 11 / DOCK ART. These are located at Kastanienallee 79 in Berlin in Prenzlauer Berg.
Fans can look forward to a diverse reading program with prominent German comic artists – including Flix, Anke Kuhl, Patrick Wirbeleit, Aisha Franz, the children’s comic magazine Polle and the Ariol Show.
There will also be a courtyard festival in front of the DOCK 11 dance theater with drawing tables, workshops, and face painting for children. The screen printing workshop, which is located in the courtyard’s Shining Laboratory, also invites you to express your creativity.
Musical entertainment is also provided: OMP – Orchestre Miniature in the Park – the first and only miniature instrument orchestra in the world, will play at the end of the event.
